Description | Although it starts with a 2, the S2800 belongs to the S3000 range. It is a cut-down cheaper 3000 series. These couldn't add h/d recording, lacked the XLR in/out's on the main in/outs, and only had an extra assignable stereo out as opposed to the others 8 extra poly outs....Also they only went up to 16mb ram max, but the same polyphony (32 note) - The 2800i added s/pdif as standard, and came with the fx added, but not reverb, just echo, chorus & pitch-shift delay. |
